Founded in Dubai, we are a dry bulk chartering and freight solutions company built on decades of seaborne transport and commercial shipping experience. We operate an asset-light model, chartering in vessels and building a commercially controlled fleet over time while maintaining a clear focus on risk-adjusted returns.

From a base between key Atlantic and Pacific time zones, we support miners, commodity traders, industrial producers, utilities, and agribusinesses across the main dry bulk routes.

A founder-led platform backed by strategic investors, we combine entrepreneurial agility with institutional discipline. We focus on building durable partnerships through consistent performance, clear communication, and disciplined growth.

Jesper Lollesgaard

Jesper brings four decades of commercial dry bulk experience across the Handy, Supramax/Ultramax, Panamax and Cape segments. He has held senior roles with leading shipbroking, mining, forestry products, ship owners and freight trading organisations in Europe, North and South America and Asia, serving a broad range of cargo interests and shipowners. He served on the Board of Director of The Baltic Exchange Limited and The Baltic Exchange Information Services Ltd until their sale to Singapore Stock Exchange in 2016. Jesper combines deep market knowledge with a disciplined approach to contract structuring, helping counterparties navigate freight volatility with clarity and control. He speaks English, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and Portuguese.

Parikshit is an MBA graduate of NYU Stern School of Business, a Master Mariner, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, with over thirty years of global dry bulk experience. He specialises in Asia Pacific and Indian Ocean trade flows across the Handy, Supramax/Ultramax, and Panamax segments, building commercially focused, risk-aware operating platforms. Having lived and worked in Mumbai, Dubai, Singapore, London, and New York, he brings a truly international perspective to stakeholder management and strategic decision-making. His strength lies in developing scalable freight portfolios, aligning voyage economics with clients’ financial objectives, and seamlessly bridging boardroom strategy with day-to-day shipping execution.
